SHIPPING POLICY 

At Feliz Home, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality delivery service. All delivery costs are generally estimated based on ground floor/front door delivery, unless otherwise specified. 

We understand that assembling furniture can sometimes be a challenging task. That's why we offer an additional, affordable service for Melbourne-based deliveries: 

Standard Service: Includes delivery to your front door, with two-person delivery available in selected areas. 

Premium Service: For an extra fee, our premium service provides delivery to your door, assembly of your furniture, and rubbish removal. This service includes delivery up to two flights of stairs* or to apartments with lift access. 

*Subject to access, product size, and weight. A safe and clear pathway is required to complete the delivery. 

All deliveries are conducted during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, between 10am and 5pm. As some deliveries involve valuable items, our couriers are required to obtain proof of delivery.

*Note that the above lead times quoted are in business days and deliveries to Capital Cities only. However, if you live in a remote area, you should consider 5-10 additional days for the items to reach you. 

*Delivery lead time is calculated from the point of collection. Goods are collected once a week. Please allow additional 1-5 working days for total lead time. 

Although Feliz Home does its utmost to provide you with a fast delivery service, please be aware that your location and order size will also impact on the speed of delivery. And whilst the company strives to provide you with the best customer service by providing the best delivery update, we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by a third party courier company. 

DELIVERY CHARGES 

Our website features a convenient postage calculator where you can enter your postcode to determine the standard delivery cost based on your order size.

If you require assistance with furniture assembly, we offer a premium service at an additional cost. This includes delivery to your door, furniture assembly, and removal of packaging in selected areas. 

While the postage calculator is quick and easy to use, please note that Feliz Home reserves the right to adjust the quoted freight cost if any errors occur or if courier companies increase their rates.

 PICKING UP YOUR ORDER 

Our warehouse is available for public pick-ups by appointment only, during business hours (Monday to Friday). 

  • Appointment Notice: Collection times are strictly by appointment, and we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Please contact us at 0388996320 and provide your order number to arrange a pick-up. 
  • Showroom Pick-ups: Small items can be collected from our showroom, but due to health and safety regulations, items over 20kg cannot be picked up from this location. 

Please note that Feliz Home is not responsible for any damages caused by third-party couriers you arrange to collect your orders.
