Feliz uses the secure global payment gateway as part of Shopify.com and accepts the following payment methods for all online purchases: ZipMoney, Visa, MasterCard, Afterpay, Direct Deposit, and PayPal.
If you'd like to pay in instalments, simply select the "Pay in 4" option in your PayPal account.

REFUNDS
CHANGE OF MIND – RETURN POLICY
At Feliz Home, we understand that sometimes we don’t always get it right. That’s why we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you're not completely satisfied with a product (excluding lighting, homewares, and accessories).
For change of mind, we’re happy to provide a refund, as long as we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Please note, however, that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Your refund will be processed minus the original delivery and return collection fees.
We strongly recommend that all items are returned in their original packaging, unassembled and in the same condition as when delivered. This helps avoid a 20% restocking fee, which applies if goods are not returned in their original condition.
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned items, and if everything is in perfect condition, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS - REFUND POLICY
While Feliz Home offers custom services to meet our customers' needs, we are unable to provide refunds on custom-made items due to a change of mind. For this reason, it’s essential that buyers carefully confirm their choices before placing custom orders.
DAMAGED GOODS-REFUND POLICY
It is essential that buyers inspect all goods within 48 hours of receiving them. Any damages must be reported within this time frame, and customers are required to follow the claims process, which includes providing proof of damage and arranging the return of goods for inspection. Claims made after the 48-hour window will be handled as warranty claims, and the customer will be responsible for any delivery costs associated with the process.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, unassembled and in the same condition as when delivered. A 20% restocking fee will apply if goods are not returned in their original state.
We will not issue a refund or replacement for a product if, in our reasonable opinion, it has become of unacceptable quality after purchase due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions, abnormal use, or failure to take reasonable care.
When your order arrives, please carefully inspect the packaging and the items. If you notice any damage to the boxes or products, you may refuse delivery of the affected package(s). There is no need to refuse all packages if the others are in good condition.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Feliz Home warrants all goods, excluding fragile items (which require 24-hour notification), against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months.
While we offer a warranty on most of our products, it does not cover normal wear and tear, commercial use, or damage caused by improper maintenance, modification, or abnormal use.
Any claims made after 48 hours of receiving the goods will be processed as warranty claims, with applicable delivery and pickup charges.
Depending on the circumstances, products will either be repaired or replaced, at the sole discretion of management
